Helpful information:
Please list Items to be sold, space is limited based on product sales and space will be available on a first come first serve basis.
First come first serve bases will be based on payment received not submission of vendor form.
This year there will be no vendors on the courtyard other than the beer garden.
Booth Fees vary depending on type, size, and accommodations.
We accept Online Credit Card payment

Set up/break down must be done from marked unloading areas, no vehicles will be allowed inside the barricades after 3:30pm.
All vendors must unload and remove vehicle BEFORE setting up booth
You are responsible for your own tent, tables, chairs, lighting, power cords, etc.
Smithville Festival Committee has insurance; however, you are responsible for your own business insurance and/or health department permit during the event.
This is an outdoor event, rain, or shine, only severe or inclement weather will result in the cancellation of this event.
