Please list Items to be sold above, space is limited based on product sales and space will be available on a first come first serve basis. First come first serve bases will be based on payment received not submission of vendor form. This year there will be no vendors on the courtyard other than the beer garden.

Set up/break down must be done from marked unloading areas, no vehicles will be allowed inside the barricades after 3:30pm.  You are responsible for your own tent, tables, chairs, lighting, power cords, etc.

All vendors must unload and remove vehicle BEFORE setting up your booth.

All vendors are responsible for clean up during and following the event. Vendors that leave trash behind will not be invited to return.

Smithville Festival Committee has insurance; however, you are responsible for your own business insurance and/or health department permit during the event.

This is an outdoor event, rain, or shine, only severe or inclement weather will result in the cancellation of this event.

Live animal sales or bartering are prohibited.

No cotton candy can be sold.

Food Vendors: All fried foods must be done within a food truck and disposed of properly.

Food Vendors: each food booth or truck must have a fire extinguisher.

Generators: only inverter generators are allowed, for food trucks and non-food vendors (15 amp, 110V max).

After unloading, vendors must park in the Old Firehouse parking lot.

Take bagged trash to the dumpster provided at the end of your street. Please don't put it in the trash cans set out for festival guests.
